About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel's business units and functions. You will act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, partner with HR Business Partners, and contribute to sourcing, market intelligence, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. - Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process, partnering closely with HR Business Partners.
- Developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through diverse recruitment channels.
