About the Role DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, TA LATAM, located in Bogotá, Colombia. The role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. Johnson & Johnson plans to separate Orthopedics into a standalone DePuy Synthes, and the hired TA Manager will be affected by the separation in terms of employment through DePuy Synthes. The process is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. Should you accept this position, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. What You'll Do
- Lead Talent Acquisition across the LATAM region.
- Coordinate TA strategy and recruitment across LATAM in the context of the planned separation.
