About the Role We are growing our Systems Engineering team to guide Digital Engineering strategy and complement Modeling & Simulation, Product Engineering, and Business Development. This role leads the team responsible for supporting autonomous airpower development across mature programs and early concept work, while shaping the Systems Engineering strategy for autonomous airpower initiatives.

- Manage the team of systems engineers supporting all autonomous airpower development efforts spanning mature contract programs to early concept development.
- Lead in the development of Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation tailored for Autonomous Airpower programs.
