The Systems Operations System Lead will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with client's standards
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage system throughout its whole lifecycle and complete its Compliance documentation
- Coordinating and scheduling backup/recovery & Performing Disaster Recovery Testing
- Service Level Agreement, Audit trail, Access & identity monitoring
- Coordinating (but not performing) server, database patches and resolving vulnerabilities
