About the Role The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is Allegro’s subject matter expert on Kinaxis, responsible for the platform's design, sustainability, and optimization. This critical role ensures our supply chain systems effectively support customer order execution and long-term strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with IT, SIOP, Sourcing, Planning, and Manufacturing leaders to resolve issues, drive user adoption, and execute initiatives that advance company goals for customer satisfaction and financial performance. What You'll Do
- Serve as the first line of defense for Master Schedulers and Supply Chain Planners, prioritizing and resolving production system issues based on business impact.
- Own technical issues from identification through closure, working to resolve them internally or in partnership with IT and external contract support.
