About the Role Sustainability Manager MEU (12 months FTC) will implement Mondelēz International’s sustainability programs for a specific spend category. You will coordinate regional stakeholder needs, and collaborate with procurement teams and brands, corporate affairs, external program consultants and partners to drive the company’s sustainability agenda. What You'll Do
- Lead and coach procurement teams to embed the sustainability agenda.
- Manage stakeholder relationships on sustainability in relevant business units.
- Represent Mondelēz International at relevant forums in the region.
- Develop and implement an effective plan to keep the sustainability focus area on track.
- Track initiatives and drive performance improvements to evolve the programs. What We're Looking For
