About the Role Little Rivers is our Primary Support Base (PSB), a short-term placement service available to primary schools. The service offers tier 3 and 4 support and is led by Rivers ESC. The aim of this service is to provide an inclusive model of support for children with social, emotional and behavioural needs through intensified outreach and short-term schooling within our own purpose-built building. We are based at the KS4 site of Rivers ESC in Hoddesdon. This is a permanent, full-time role joining our talented support staff team to work directly with children and young people receiving respite from education settings. What You'll Do
- Provide direct support to children and young people with SEMH/SEN in respite settings.
- Help students access learning, regulate behaviour, and develop strategies to manage social and emotional challenges.
