About the Role Join Marrakech in New Haven CT as a Support Staff member to assist daily activities, support medical needs, and encourage community engagement for individuals with and without disabilities. This role offers paid training and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven, person-centered environment. What You'll Do
- Assist with daily living activities and daily tasks
- Support medical-related needs and related coordination
- Encourage community involvement, independence, and meaningful connections
- Provide person-centered support and advocacy with dignity and respect What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Connecticut driver's license
- Ability to obtain DDS medication certification
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Experience with people with disabilities is helpful
- Paid training provided Nice to Have
