About the Role
At Alcon, the Supply Chain Systems & Processes Coordinator helps ensure accurate inventory control and SAP system activities across the Service Supply Chain. The role partners with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Finance, and IT to maintain data integrity, timely issue identification, and compliant documentation practices. This is an onsite role based at the Lake Forest Distribution Center. What You'll Do
- Generate and support cycle-count activities and AFCM controls for inventory reconciliation processes
- Identify and document inventory discrepancies, exceptions, and adjustment requests
- Assist in investigation preparation by gathering movement history and supporting data
- Monitor inventory transactions and escalate irregularities for review
- Execute SAP reporting and data review to support operational accuracy and visibility
