- Ensure stable and efficient operation of the production line, monitoring compliance with process parameters.
- Monitor the technical state of equipment, perform basic setup and maintenance.
- Adhere to quality and sanitary-hygienic standards at every stage of production.
- Maintain necessary documentation, recording equipment parameters and other data.
- Detect deviations in equipment operation or product quality and report promptly.
