About the Role The Supply Chain Manager provides results-driven leadership with a focus on best practices, quality and continuous improvement. In this role, you will manage all aspects of procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics at the Antigo plant, and lead a team of buyers, planners, and a materials supervisor. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage procurement, planning, inventory management, and shipping; coach and develop a team of buyers, planners, and a materials supervisor.
- Establish clear goals, execution paths, and use metrics to monitor performance and drive full team accountability; foster continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed and train the team in supply chain activities, including forklift operations.
