About the Role Join Littelfuse to define and build robust SBU planning governance across sites to meet growing business requirements. You will own KPI performance analysis and drive long-term improvements to optimize SBU planning processes. You will also develop and maintain a comprehensive SCM playbook to ensure consistent, process-guided operations and to support integration and growth initiatives. What You'll Do
- Work closely with each SBU site and function to clearly define and build robust SBU planning governance which meets growing business requirements.
- Own KPI performance analysis and long-term improvement development, to initiate and drive optimization of the SBU planning process.
