About the Role Supply Agent at Kavak responsible for developing a metric-based commercial strategy, ensuring KPI compliance across commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer areas, and engaging with customers to drive growth. You will also follow up with inspection customers to convert them into purchases and handle end-to-end processes for those looking to sell their car. What You'll Do
- Crear una estrategia comercial basada en métricas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de KPIs comerciales, de compras, envíos y atención al cliente.
- Atender de forma constante a cada cliente para generar crecimiento sostenido.
- Dar seguimiento a clientes que realizan inspecciones para convertirlas en compras.
- Seguir, documentar y ejecutar procesos operativos para quienes deseen vender su auto. Compensation & Benefits
- Sueldo: 13,000 MXN mensuales
- 1,056 MXN en tarjeta de vales
