About the Role The Supplier Quality Engineer I for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for improving supplier quality for purchased components. This on-site role is based in Chaska, MN and reports to the Supplier Quality Manager, contributing to supplier quality activities across the organization. What You'll Do
- Execute daily supplier management actions to improve supplier performance
- Disposition nonconforming material and develop plans to prevent recurrence
- Serve as primary supplier quality representative for root cause analysis and corrective actions related to supplier-caused manufacturing issues
- Update supplier material control plans and incoming material inspection plans
- Collaborate with suppliers to determine root cause and develop robust corrective actions What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- 0-2 years of experience
