About the Role The Supplier Quality Engineer I is responsible for improving supplier quality for purchased components in Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and supports the Supplier Quality team in Chaska, MN. This on-site role reports to the Supplier Quality Manager and is an on-site role based in Chaska, MN. What You'll Do
- Execute daily supplier management actions to improve supplier performance
- Disposition nonconforming material and develop plans to prevent recurrence
- Primary supplier quality representative for root cause and corrective action analysis regarding supplier-caused manufacturing issues
- Update supplier material control plans and incoming material inspection plans
- Work with suppliers to determine root cause and develop robust corrective actions What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field
- 0-2 years experience
