About the Role The Supplier Quality Engineer - EME: Castings & Casting Machining will drive quality development and management for AGCO's designated EME suppliers, leveraging advanced process management and lean/Six Sigma practices. On-site support at supplier locations and AGCO sites, integration with Global Purchasing Leadership to ensure quality standards in supplier selection and maintenance, and achievement of KPIs for Product Integrity - Supplier Quality. Strategic alignment with BCC/LCC initiatives while maintaining Brand/Local quality standards. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with regional manufacturing SQ personnel to deploy World Class Supply Base in terms of Quality.
- Provide on-site support for supplier quality and supply continuity issues at supplier locations and AGCO sites.
