Drive cross-functional projects, PDCA cycles, and data-driven improvements to ensure on-time delivery. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the team responsible for supply chain stability strategies, plan setting, progress tracking, and gap closure.
- Manage department business plan performance, forecast impact, monitor results, and eliminate gaps to achieve goals.
- Oversee training and career development for direct reports, including assignment and execution of training plans.
