To assist in planning, organizing, and supervising the day-to-day operational activities to achieve branch and division training and development objectives. Direct the development and implementation of a learner centric curriculum and associated resources to support Navy Federal's strategic goals and mission. Initiate process/procedural recommendations and lead moderately complex projects to improve overall branch efficiency. Act as Assistant Manager/Manager in the incumbent's absence.

- Initiate, evaluate and develop plans for innovative designs that enhance and/or modify communications regarding appropriate training techniques, technologies and programs to enhance effectiveness
