About this role
Supervisor SSOMA - Minería
- Formación Académica: Profesional Titulado y Colegiado en Ingeniería de Seguridad, Minas, Ambiental o carreras afines.
- Experiencia Laboral: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia específica en supervisión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en obras mineras, perforación diamantina o movimiento de tierras (contados desde la colegiatura).
- Conocimientos Requeridos: Dominio de la normativa D.S. 024-2016-EM, Ley 29783 e ISO 45001.
- Documentación: Antecedentes penales y judiciales limpios.
Funciones Principales
- Supervisar en campo el cumplimiento del Plan de SSO y PETS/IPERC de las empresas contratistas.
- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías SSOMA.
- Validar permisos de trabajo en campo.
- Elaborar reportes e indicadores (KPIs) de seguridad.
