About the Role Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Supervisor, Reagent Operations to supervise scientists and technicians who build immunodiagnostic reagent packs used in clinical diagnostic tools. This on-site role is located in Chaska, Minnesota and reports to the Manager of Reagent Formulations. What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a team of manufacturing scientists and technicians to produce critical components to meet production demands.
- Monitor multiple manufacturing production runs and support manufacturing nonconformance investigations, material supply issues and process improvements to meet schedule and customer demands.
- Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
- Apply basic analytical skills to scientific methods, operational processes or data to perform clearly documented activities.
