About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor on the B Shift at Alcon's Houston facility, you will lead an assembly and/or packaging team to manufacture medical devices, supervise daily production operations, and drive improvements to meet quality and productivity goals.

- Supervise processes, identify problems, and initiate corrective actions.
- Provide front-line supervision, leadership, and work direction to production teams, including time and attendance, performance management, training oversight, and development.
- Lead day-to-day production operations and continuously supervise results to ensure alignment with goals.
- Develop organizational capability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Handle conflict and work with a diverse workforce.
