About the Role The Supervisor of Warehouse Operations leads safety, demand execution, and logistics to ensure material readiness for project commitments across the designated region. They oversee supply chain professionals and manage material planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, project management, and contract management, while driving continuous improvement and establishing KPIs to measure performance. What You'll Do
- Serve as safety leader for the team, leveraging Close Call/Good Catch reporting, field observations, coaching, and field visits to drive adherence to safety standards and promote positive safety behaviors.
- Facilitate monthly safety meetings with direct reports, communicating key topics from the Safety Advisory Board.
