- Oversee the daily workflow and assignments related to the assigned production shift to meet plant production objectives and customer needs.
- Assist with hiring and training new and transferred employees on their job duties, cross training the workforce as necessary.
- Mentor, coach, and engage teams; provide constructive and timely performance feedback.
- Build team leaders and team member capabilities.
- Ensure standardized work processes and rotation schedules of production teams adhere to the company’s policy and business needs.
