About the Role El Supervisor de Tiendas en Círculo K México será responsable de supervisar operaciones de tiendas asignadas, asegurar inventarios y metas de ventas se cumplan, y liderar al equipo para entregar una experiencia de compra consistente en la región de Juárez. What You'll Do
- Supervisar operaciones diarias de tiendas asignadas y garantizar cumplimiento de políticas de la empresa.
- Analizar faltantes de inventario y investigar causas, revisar controles y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas junto con comisionistas para alcanzar presupuestos.
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de tienda para lograr objetivos.
- Realizar visitas de monitoreo y reportar resultados periódicos a la gerencia. What We're Looking For
