Supervisor de Seguridad e Higiene
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
- Prevenir accidentes/lesiones durante la ejecución de cualquier trabajo
- Garantizar la integridad del personal y las condiciones óptimas de trabajo para mitigar riesgos laborales
- Vigilar el correcto uso del equipo de protección personal
- Generar reportes correspondientes de seguridad e higiene
- Asegurar la ejecución de planes de trabajo de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
- Elaborar análisis de riesgo y definir las medidas de seguridad
- Desarrollar procedimientos, check list y planes de emergencia.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad por contratistas y visitantes.
- Brindar capacitación en Seguridad e Higiene
- Pláticas de seguridad correspondiente a las diferentes normas de la STPS y Ambientales.
