About the Role
Somos Urbvan: coordinar el monitoreo en tiempo real de las unidades y asegurar la continuidad del servicio, gestionando la comunicación con el equipo de soporte y con conductores para garantizar calidad, seguridad y experiencia de usuario.
What You'll Do
- Coordinar el equipo de monitoreo de la operación de las unidades de Urbvan en tiempo real, trabajando con sistemas de telemetría vehicular.
- Coordinar, gestionar y accionar los protocolos de continuidad del servicio con los Supervisores y conductores de las unidades de Urbvan.
- Coordinar la comunicación con el equipo de Soporte a clientes para garantizar una buena experiencia para los usuarios.
- Organizar y coordinar las unidades de respaldo en la operación de Urbvan.
