About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee store operations, staff performance, inventory and customer service in a retail store based in Ikeja GRA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations
- Manage and evaluate staff performance
- Supervise inventory management
- Ensure high standards of customer service
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ retail supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience with POS systems
- Basic bookkeeping skills
Working hours:
- Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation
- ₦200,000/month
Location preference:
- Proximity to Leventis, Maryland, Ojota, Cement, Ikeja Along or Oregun is highly preferred.
