About the Role As a Supervisor at Vans Alderwood Mall, you will support the store leadership team, coach and develop associates, and help drive an outstanding, on-brand customer experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive, high-performing team. What You'll Do
- Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
- Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
- Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
- Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
