Success Coach The Office of Student Success and Persistence is seeking a success coach to assist in achieving the recruitment and retention goals of the college. This position provides individualized support and seamlessly connects currently enrolled Coe students with appropriate campus resources. This role plays a critical component in the student experience from the point of enrollment through graduation.
Work Schedule: 12 month appointment, competitive salary and benefits including retirement contribution and paid vacation
General Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required Ability to manage outreach and persistence of assigned student population Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong desire to work with the college student population Excellent written communication
