Job Overview
We are looking for an experience Subcon Manager for managing and overseeing all aspects of subcontractor relationships and contracts on behalf of the organization. Candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of contract management and project management principles.
Objectives
Relationship management:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and ensuring timely and quality delivery of their services or products.
- Identify areas of improvement whenever required such as upgrading of tool, conducting more thorough due diligence, including reference checks and verifying certifications.
