Für den Standort unserer Kanzlei in Frankfurt suchen wir zur Unterstützung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) für 15 - 20 Stunden/Woche.
Das erwartet dich
- Unterstützung des Notariats in Organisation, Korrespondenz und Aktenverwaltung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und der Abwicklung von notariellen Urkunden
- Einsicht in das elektronische Grundbuch sowie das elektronische Handelsregister und Erstellen von Auszügen samt Abrechnungen
- Aktualisierung des Urkunden- sowie Notariatsarchivs
Das bringst du mit
- Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine verantwortungsbewusste, sorgfältige und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Der Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen ist dir vertraut (Outlook, Word, Excel)
