Position Summary
Assumes responsibility for promoting a positive and successful experience for first‑ and second-year students in support of student retention and graduation initiatives. Provides support for evidence‑based retention programming, advising, and first‑year experience curriculum. Contributes to department‑level committees focused on student success initiatives, academic advising systems, and data‑informed decision‑making.
