About the Role The Payne Center at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund seeks a Student Intern to support research operations and contribute to projects focused on equity and opportunity in higher education. This role provides hands-on exposure to research design, data collection, and policy-oriented analysis while supporting data-driven insights for decision-making. What You'll Do
- Support Payne Center’s research operations under supervision.
- Contribute to projects analyzing the impact of public policy on marginalized communities.
- Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis; help translate findings into actionable insights for policy.
- Collaborate with center staff and external partners to advance research capacity and inform decision-making. What We're Looking For
- Current student pursuing higher education; dual degree candidates encouraged.
