About the Role Coupa seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead indirect spend sourcing, drive savings, and manage supplier relationships within Coupa's sourcing ecosystem. This role focuses on executing category strategies, running competitive sourcing events, and ensuring contract compliance to improve operating margins. What You'll Do
- Sourcing Execution and Savings Generation: develop and execute detailed sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and consolidate suppliers.
- eSourcing Management: plan, prepare, and run end-to-end competitive sourcing events (RFx, auctions) using Coupa Sourcing module.
- Negotiation: support commercial negotiations to achieve year-over-year cost savings, favorable terms, and risk mitigation.
- Supplier Selection: analyze supplier proposals and provide data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
