About the Role Join ALDI's Store Manager Trainee program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to lead your own store. You will deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive work environment while collaborating with experienced leaders to drive operational excellence and sales growth. What You'll Do
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
- Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
- Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
