About the Role Aldi is seeking passionate individuals for its Store Manager Trainee program. You will work with experienced leaders to drive operational excellence and sales growth as Aldi expands its retail footprint. What You'll Do
- Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
- Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
- Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with the district manager.
- Interviews candidates and provides recommendations to the district manager.
- Manages personnel, including recommendations for advancement or termination as appropriate.
