What You'll Do
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; lead and develop store personnel.
- Develop and implement action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
- Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager as needed.
- Interview candidates for store positions and provide recommendations to the district manager.
- Manage personnel, including recommending advancement and termination as appropriate.
