About the Role The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results. You balance business goals with people leadership to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance. What You'll Do
- Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
- Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
