About the Role The Store Manager is a salaried leadership position at Monro, reporting to the District Manager. You will provide day-to-day leadership across all store roles, coaching and developing teammates to deliver a high-quality guest experience while meeting sales and service objectives. This role supports Monro’s vision of being America’s leading auto and tire service center in the local community. What You'll Do
- Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star Guest experience.
- Drive achievement of sales goals by developing and executing sales plans and maintaining product knowledge.
- Train and develop teammates on shop operations and guest services to maintain a productive sales environment.
- Provide direction to technicians and assist with services/repairs when needed.
