- Lead talent development and inspire the store team to provide a great customer experience.
- Oversee store operations, strive to meet or exceed sales goals while managing budget, expenses, inventory, and growth.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
- Maintain store appearance to reflect Sally Beauty standards and ensure a clean, attractive shopping environment. What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
