- Lead and develop store team; manage talent, inspire performance, and coach associates to deliver great customer experiences.
- Oversee all store operations with emphasis on meeting sales goals, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory within budget.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules and company policies.
