- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring that safety and security rules and company policies are followed.
- Ensure the store always looks its best and presents well to customers. What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
