About the Role The Store Manager will lead the Matelica Outlet store, drive sales, and manage and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. S/he will ensure visual merchandising standards, coordinate with HR and other departments, and oversee store operations including stock and warehouse procedures. What You'll Do
- Lead the store, drive the business, and manage and motivate the team to reach sales goals.
- Ensure the achievement of the store sales budget.
- Be responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the team members and the Retail Departments to ensure that day-to-day activities build into the long-term plan.
- Demonstrate dynamic and inspiring leadership to deliver an excellent client experience.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines.
