- Führung des Tagesgeschäfts: Personalplanung, Verkaufssteuerung, Visual Merchandising, Kassenwesen, Administration und Flächenmanagement
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung aller Health & Safety- und Sicherheitsstandards im Store
- Steuerung der KPIs und Erreichung der Budgetziele (z. B. Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT)
- Kostenkontrolle, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Personalkosten und andere beeinflussbare Ausgaben
- Verantwortung für das Warenmanagement: Lieferungen, Inventuren, Bestandskontrolle und Verlustprävention
