About the Role Store Manager for Sunglass Hut in Carindale, leading a hands-on team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales targets, and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will also drive product adoption and lead change including the introduction of new technologies such as Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Successfully lead teams through change, including the introduction of new and innovative products and technology
- Drive adoption of new products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer-focused
- Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance
- Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
