TU MISIÓN COMO STORE MANAGER Serás el motor estratégico de nuestra nueva apertura en Calle Barquillo, Madrid, con la misión de maximizar las ventas, generar una experiencia de cliente memorable y liderar con empatía y determinación.
TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
Sales & Customer Experience
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de venta alineadas con los objetivos mensuales.
- Fidelizar clientes a través de un servicio personalizado, cálido y memorable.
- Supervisar y analizar KPIs: facturación diaria, ticket medio, tasa de conversión, etc.
Liderazgo de equipo
- Coordinar, motivar y formar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo, colaborativo y alineado con nuestros valores.
Gestión operativa
- Controlar cambios y devoluciones en Shopify y seguimiento de pedidos online.
- Documentar y gestionar correctamente taras, acciones de gifting e incidencias.
