They work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns and help ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards in-store. The role also supports meeting the store's sales goals. What You'll Do
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
