About the Role As an Aldi store associate in New York, you’ll be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and keeping the store clean to deliver a top-notch shopping experience. You’ll work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and help maintain store standards. What You'll Do
- Model and uphold customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary.
- Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
- Properly utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process customer purchases and report scanning concerns or errors.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow the line policy and open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
