About the Role As a store associate at Aldi US in New York, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Merchandising and stocking products and ensuring shelves and displays are neat, following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to scan and process purchases; adhere to cash policies; escalate scanning concerns or errors as needed.
- Follow the line policy and open additional check lanes as required to ensure an efficient checkout.
- Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items, verifying contents, and ensuring timely delivery to customers’ vehicles from the staging area.
