About the Role
A Store Associate at ALDI supports daily store operations by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store clean. You’ll help enhance the customer experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering friendly, efficient service. What You'll Do
- Merchandising and stocking products; cashier duties and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Use the POS system to scan and process purchases, comply with cash handling policies, and escalate scanning issues to management.
- Open additional checkout lanes as needed to maintain efficient checkout.
- Stock shelves and displays according to merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
- Complete curbside pickup orders, verify contents, and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles from the staging area.
- Maintain zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
